Photography allows me to:
Record the passing emotions of people so that their existence and their surroundings can be shown in the future.
Reveal fascinating and remote places in nature.
Show the infinite existence of the shapes carved through the passage of time and evolution.
Instantly freeze the permanent yet silent changes of the beings that inhabit mountains, valleys and jungles.
Detain the flow of freshwater and saltwater in a single image.
Transmit the invisible, such as the wind or the cold, showing their presence in the movement of leaves and the whiteness that blankets the summits.
Trap the intangible; like the mist winding through the forest, and the sun as it saturates the color of the flowers and the desert sand shimmering like frost.
The purpose of all of this is to transport these places to the lives of the observers, so they can feel that they are part of this harmonious wholeness in which we inhabit and on which we depend.
